Located in either Calgary or Vancouver, the Canadian I-Site Sales Team Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process for Maptek’s I-Site product line in Canada, including managing a sales team. The role will also entail business development responsibilities. The three qualities that the successful candidate will have are:
- Leadership – experience leading teams
- Business Development skills
- Integrity verified through references
The Canadian I-Site Team Manager will provide Maptek with a steady, annual increase in revenue, while ensuring the product line meets or exceeds business targets. Works closely with the North American Sales Team and the VP of North American Sales to identify and prioritize opportunities with new and existing clients. Facilitates the sales team in making new contacts and utilizing existing Maptek contacts to gain access to sales opportunities. Develops mentoring relationships with the sales team members, helping them develop their sales process skills and build a positive and productive team culture.
