Position Summary and requirements:
A unique and rewarding opportunity to lead and develop a communal processing facility in one of Colombia’s most historical mining communities with estimated multi-million Oz reserves in both gold and silver. The initial objective is to build a 200 TPD plant with the ability to expand expediential in a short time period to 400 -700 TDP.
The caliber of person we are seeking, not only must have extensive experience in managing small to mid-scale processing plants with the foresight in design, development and modeling but must have exceptional experience in implementing procedures in batch feeding from various feed sources.
Your strengths will lie in systematic planning and design to maximize economic flow to insure minimal downtime via designing batch processing that will sustain continuous profitability of the plant.
With this in mind the successful applicant not only must have proficiency in both English and Spanish but must demonstrate strengths in community development, by understanding and embracing the cultural needs of the region when addressing and implementing various practices that will not offend or create disharmony.
