The Site Manager is responsible for the overall management of the MTG site, ensuring that all safety standards are met, team members are well trained and supervised and that all service and product standards are met.

A glimpse of the job and the qualities you bring:
Tire or mining experience is an asset, but more so we are looking for individuals who can lead, support our people and have the ability to build relationships with our customers and understand their business.
Customer Service – You continually strive to provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
Supervisory/Management – You have experience leading and managing people and foster a team-based mentality. You have the patience and drive to learn our core business and are excited about running a Kal Tire branch on a mine site.
Mechanical Aptitude – Experience in tire removal, installation and repair for off-the-road vehicles would be an asset.
Safety – You bring experience in taking an active approach to safety leadership, accident prevention and environmental protection.
Physically Fit – You are comfortable lifting 60 – 70 lbs. throughout your workday and are excited to learn and experience the reality of everyday life on a mine site.
